It's amazing nowadays what lessons the kids are going for! During my time, at most is art lesson, music lesson and ballet? But now, most kids are going for speech and drama, so they can speak up in public. All sorts of music lessons, there's piano, organ, violin, ukulele... Any instruments you can find!
Well, my kids are not spared too... Haha... As usual, being kiasu parent, I try to expose them to all these hoping they can find an interest in any one and hope to progress better in it, but sadly, none of my kids are able to stay in any lesson for more than a year or 2!
And now, Adwin is learning computer in the childcare... As its the world of technology now, kids are exposed to technology earlier than our times. They are able to operate an iPhone and iPad without instructions from the adults! Able to explore any new apps without asking us what and how to play,even when they can't read yet!! Amazing!!
I have to thank his teacher, Yang Lao Shi again, for sending me this picture of how the computer lessons are being conducted in a 'no computer lab' childcare!! Haha...
