First live soccer match @ Singapore Sports Hub

My dear hubby WL always got ideas n plans to bring our 3 children to explore... And I believe in some years to come, our excusions will be more of exciting, challenging and dangerous one... hahahaha... well, he had been saying to bring the kids to try out diving, mountain climbing and water rifting when the kids are bigger.. so, what can I say?? Lol... scary.... for an old woman...

Ok, back to my posting... as our sports hub had recently open its door for their first soccer match and it's a friendly match between Japan vs Brazil, WL decided to bring all us to experience the live atmosphere of a football match!!! And here we are, holding all family pass and car park entry ticket, experiencing our first ever live football match!!!!

My baby allyl ready for a pose outside the Sports Hub!

Lucky for me, as WL forgotten to bring his mobile phone, I got all the shots on my!!! Hahaha...

I had taken this shot slanted so as to catch the side opening of the dome and the big screen showing the match live which is also the score board!!

And here's our little banner for our little fans...

A shot taken by one of the Japanese fan.. hahaha...this is end of the match!!!  And Brazil had won this friendly match.. score??.... ehm, pardon this old aunty for the untimely update and forgotten the score... hahahaha...

Well, overall experience  was good but the timing was bad that we had skipped our dinner and the food sold inside the hub was a but expensive and all were having long queues. And the security check and at the entrance was a bit too strict that we can't even bring in our own water bottles... well, I believe they have their own reasons for doing so but it's just water... anyway, a good experience and exposure for me and my 3 children! :)

Visit to Kusu Island

Recently there was a 9pm Ch8 serial which had some shooting scenes at one of the small island of Singapore, Kusu Island. And thus it was a impromptu decision for us to pop over for a short outing.

This is not the first time for me, as my family used to go over yearly to pray.  Anyway, it's been such a long long time since I last went. And it's a good time to go over now, as it's consider a off peak period to visit kusu island at this time of the year!!!  We had the island by ourselves!!! Hahaha... as this was at last min decision to go over, and we were seen chasing for the ferry as we were kind of late!!!

The ferry had stops at the St island before it reaches the kusu island. And there's another stop over after kusu which I can't recall... haha.. call me aunty!!! :p

I can't recall climbing up this small hill to pray the malay god, datuk, and this time, my kids were so eagerly climbing it up so I got no choice but to follow... And here are my 2 children penning their wish on the yellow rock!!

We took many nice photos on the island with the huge tortoise!!!

My cheeky boy...

And after a good 2 hours, we were here at the jetty, waiting for our ferry back to the main island!!

Mount Faber Cable car ride

Our kids are a very fortunate ones, their daddy always come up with innovative ideas to get them engage in their studies, at least he tried.  And he would also exposed them to many new ideas and different mode of transportation available in Singapore!

And here we are, something for them, Cable car rides at Mount faber! And daddy had been sweet to get us annual pass, so we should be seen taking cable rides to Sentosa pretty often!!

The current theme for the cable rides are Superheros! And my Adwin went hyper in selecting the different heros he wanna enjoy his ride with!  We also got all the different masks for the kids!

After the ride into Sentosa  island, we went for their cable car museum just below the station. And here, the different era of the cabins are on display here and you can really see how the cabins had evolved till today....

Only here then I recalled they did have the theme of angry bird sometime ago...

Forgot to mention, they had created an app for android and iPhone which enables us to create photos take the ride with the superhero!!! So depends on which superhero cabin we choose, we can have a pic created with them sitting next to us!!! Haha.. how innovative and creative!!

Seems like 3D photo booth is getting quite popular and we can easily spot one at most tourist spot!!!
Can you spot my kids here with their masks?? Lol... A very messy photo here... too many characters!

We decided to stay for dinner after the ride... And really sorry, I forgot what is the name of this restaurant but their food is pretty nice and affordable with the discounts for annual pass holders!  And a photo of my 3 funny kids... hahaha...
