Kids visit to mediacorp

As I had mentioned before, my dear hb is an advocate for life long learning and learning thru life experiences... so, here's another trip for the kids to learn how a live telecast game show is being recorded!!!

My kids had been exposed to this Saturday night game show for a few seasons and they had been programmed to shout '百倍' when they hear the opening song of this show... And here we are, with the free tickets requested from Sheng Shiong supermarket, reported early so to get seats nearer to the stage and to be on TV!!! Hahaa... anyway, after I collected the tickets I got a shock! It says children below 5 will not be admitted!!!! How can I leave my baby outside of the studio?? Anyhow, we brave the entrance hoping no one would ask him to leave and we had been asking my baby to walk and not be carried in!!!!

And here we are... With my 3 year old toddler in the studio...  Hahaa.... :p

We were all given the star shaped led lights to help make the recording livelier and fun... And my kids were happily waving throughout the show... The presenters and crew were busy recording for some ads before the actual show starts...

In fact, it's pretty tiring to go to the studio to catch the live show... as the actual show on TV is 9pm, but we need to be there by 7pm and queue to get in, find a seat and get briefed by the personnel there on what to do etc... And by the time the show ends at 10pm, we need to queue to get out and go to the car park... And we were only home at 11pm... tiring... but at least my kids enjoyed it and now know how the studio looks like... :)

Alvan standing at naughty corner

Recently Alvan had been coloring and drawing on paper, walls and even my bedsheets!! 

So, our daddy wanted him to remember not to do something naughty so introduced my baby Alvan to stand in a 'naughty corner'!!!!  Well, any idea if he's aware of what's going on here??? Haha... ehm... I doubt so, cos daddy says pull yr ears and face the wall aka yr drawings!!! He looked at it for a second or so and turned over and stared at daddy... haha... And next moment when daddy walked away, he was seen swinging both his hands... hahaha....

Alvan sending his Jie Jie n korkor to sch

My Alvan is waking up sooo early everyday that he can send his Jie Jie and korkor to school daily by 7 am!  The moment am out of bed, he wakes up!!!  And he can't be left at home with anyone if he sees his mummy gets out of the house! So, I gotta bring him along to send the 2 older siblings to school by 7 am.  But he can't go to school early as he needs to get his early morning fix of playing with all his cars before he gets into school... but I try my best to send him in by 8.30am daily so I can get into my office early and get my things done so I can leave by 12.30pm to pick the 2 up from their school!  Therefore you see, my daily routine and schedule surrounds my 3 children... busy but I guess nothing beats the feeling of seeing my kids to school, kissing them goodbye and welcoming them home happily... :)
