We were really sooo surprised that this playground need to queue up to get in!!! Never had we seen any malls requesting shoppers to queue to in their indoor playground!! So, no choice but to join the queue!
My notty Alvan making funny faces again...
Lucky the wait was not too long, it took us about 15-20mins to get into it...
The first thing that welcomes us was the baby or toddler playground.. Having very simple touch and feel items... This is an musical tilups like thing... A touch on the purple flower, music will be heard... But none of my kids were interested in it... Hahahaha....
A big dragonfly!!!
Another big froggie...
Another big ladybug...
And next comes the big tree house!!!! This is mainly for bigger kids, from 5-12 years old... But seems like no adults went into it... And my 2 years old Alvan went along with his siblings and had problem getting down after he refused to take the slide down after one attempt!!! Scary...
Acting like a monkey....
Alvan was able to climb up this easily... Good for him!!!
His first and only slide fun in this tree house and I guess it terrified him that he refused to go for another slide after this...
Now, daddy's turn to make funny faces with Alvan!!! Lol...
Another one and only small see saw...
A small walltopia for kids to climb on... But not much kids were interested...
A very small water play area... Too crowded... So we didn't allow the kids to go in... There's only a small tea pot like thing pouring out water...
And the rest of the area is mainly indoor with water splashing up from the ground..
There's a really tall tree house on top but not much kids attempted to go that high...
The kids asked for sushi, and seems like this is the only sushi restaurant on this level 2, so we went in, as there was no queue too!!! Ryoshi Sushi Ikeikemaru...
Every table had an iPad, introducing their japan outlet, how fishes were caught etc... And I remember seeing other tables placing order as well, but not for our iPad... Lol... Anyway, they are using their colored plates to record the bills, meaning if we ordered a cup of tea, which is $1.80, they would bring along a green plate, etc... At the end of our meal, they would calculate how many of the different colored plates were on our table!! So you would see many plates on all tables!! Hahahaha...
Kids enjoying their Tamago sushi again... They got really nice ice green tea, with a hint of roasted brown rice!!
My happy Alvan...
A recommended stone fish, which was said to be seasonal... And it was really expensive, $26.80!! But nice!!!
Even their udon was really yummy too!!! Unlike the other udon being served in all Japanese restaurant, theirs were slimmer and it just taste good!!! All my kids liked it!! WL and I shared a small bowl of rice with raw salmon, salmon roe and the sweet shrimps on top, it was amazingly good!!!! Unlike the bento we had bought and tried when we were in Hokkaido in 2008!! Forgot to take a pic of it!!! :\ Also, their veg tempura was yummy too, even Ashley ate the fried eggplant!!! But expensive too!!! :)
We ordered their desserts, I had their green tea with red bean crepe cake, the kids had vanilla ice cream and WL ordered their caramel salt ice cream! All were yummy... Lol...
WL decided to order a piece of their raw tuna after all the dishes he tried were yummy... As this piece of tuna cost $5!!! Lol... Verdict?? WL said its yummy and less fishy compared to salmon!! So consider money well spent??!! :p
It's a small restaurant and we are guessing that it's opened by Japanese as it's the only outlet in Singapore besides their original main restaurant in Toyko, Mount Fuji!
It was too crowded on a Sunday afternoon and the kids had fun like for an hour and we left for dinner...
Spotted this Ma Maison restaurant just outside of the playground... They got this family fair thing which caught my eyes... Hahaha... Free beer for daddy and free ice cream for mummy, free toy for the children! Hahahaha... But I guess only the daddy and children will enjoy??
Ashley enjoying their ice green tea, but not Adwin... Hahahaha... Nice and good, considering its free flow for $1.80!!
